Refund policy

Non-Returnable

All product sales are final. We have a no-return policy due to the contents and safety-risks of reselling used products. Once a jar of tallow has been shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless it meets the requirements of the exceptions delineated below. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
